The Five Paper Real Property Group comprises members of Chambers with a wide range of experience from QC to barristers called in the last 5 years.
The barristers in the group have particular expertise in the following areas:
- Mortgages and enforcement of security;
- Covenants and Easements, including Applications to modify or vary covenants;
- Land Development issues, including overage agreements;
- Neighbour disputes and party wall issues;
- Issues under the 2017 Telecommunications Code; and
- Compulsory Purchase.
Members of the Group regularly appear in tribunals, the County Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. We offer representation and advice to local authorities, companies and individuals. Some of the members of the group are licensed to accept instructions on a direct access basis.
The barristers in the Group have particular experience of representing local authorities and housing associations and other public authorities.
