We are pleased to announce that the 2022 edition of Atkin’s on “Sale and Supply of Goods and Services” has just been published, edited by Simon Mills and Joe McBrien. Joe has borne the burden of most of the work, for which Simon will be eternally grateful.
The new edition contains a succinct analysis of the law of sale and supply of goods, including the passing of title, exclusion clauses, risk and frustration, payment and delivery, unfair terms, together with cross border contracts, electronic sales, hire purchase and bailment, and contracts for the sale and supply of food and medicinal products. The volume also deals with the changes in this area following Brexit.
