Zachary Kell has written an article for the Journal of International Banking and Financial Law entitled ‘Opening Pandora’s Box? PSD2, consumer control and combatting fraud’ ((2020) 1 JIBFL 48 – co-authored with Emily Georgiades of E.A Georgiades & Co LLC). The article considers the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2), the current status of its implementation and whether in the coming months and years it will prove successful in developing banking services.
