Joe McBrien has edited the Civil Court Practice 2024 on the topic of Consumer Contracts (the Green Book). The chapter addresses all relevant consumer statutes including the Consumer Credit Act 1974, Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This publication follows Joe being a co-contributor to Atkin’s Court Forms on the Sale and Supply of Goods and Services (2022). Both books are published by Lexis Nexis.
