The Five Paper Public Law group has added a new date – 14 November – to it’s mini-series on key homelessness decisions from the last year. This is to accommodate the recent decision in Ahamed v London Borough of Haringey [2023] EWCA Civ 975, in which Stephen Evans acted for the London Borough of Haringey.
