Introduction

This is the second in a series of on-going briefings aimed at providing the latest information for social landlords on changes taking place within the civil justice system in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic. We aim to provide as up-to-date information as possible in a rapidly developing situation. This note is accurate as at 9am on Monday 30 March 2020.
