Daniel Smith

Profile

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oxford and master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and King’s College London. He achieved a Distinction in the Graduate Diploma in Law. He completed the Bar Course with the Inns of Court College of Advocacy and achieved the top mark in his year in Professional Ethics.

Prior to commencing his legal training, Daniel led a number of large organisations in the public sector. Daniel has volunteered with the Free Representation Unit and represented clients in the First Tier (Social Security) Tribunal. He won the BPP Mediation Competition and has completed accredited training with Chartered Institute of International Arbitrators. He has also designed and delivered academic law courses to undergraduate and graduate students.
