Property and Housing specialist, Nicholas Grundy QC, will be co-speaking with Neil Brand of Bevan Brittan at the CIH conference on the 29th June 2017. The topic: “Mixed Tenure Schemes – innovative approaches to enabling development and subsequently their effective management”. Nick will be speaking about applications for the removal of covenants restricting the use of publicly owned land to enable mixed-tenure development, with Bevan Brittan Partner Neil Brand looking at strategies for managing mixed tenure schemes.
