Nicholas, Michael and Joseph will appear in the Supreme Court tomorrow on behalf of the Respondent Local Authority. The Court will decide whether the Main Housing Duty under s.193 of the Housing Act 1996 ends automatically or whether there needs to be a decision by the local authority to that effect.
