Ian Wright has been asked to speak by the Health & Safety Lawyers Association on 24th November. He will deliver a seminar on the forthcoming Supreme Court hearing of HM Inspector of Health & Safety v Chevron North Sea Limited which is listed on 14th December.
Ian is instructed as Junior Counsel on behalf of the Appellant. The Supreme Court will consider how an Employment Tribunal should approach an appeal against an improvement or prohibition notice under section 24 of the HSWA.
