Five Paper’s Property Division – Seeking Established Practitioners

Five Paper’s highly regarded Property Division is seeking applications for tenancy, primarily from practitioners of seven years’ call or under. Strong applications from more experienced practitioners will also be considered.

The opportunity to recruit has arisen because of an expanding client base and increasing workload.

Five Paper is a friendly, forward-looking set whose Property Division is highly regarded for its social housing work and with a clerking team lauded in both directories. The division is recommended as a leading set in social housing in Chambers UK and Legal 500. Five Paper is a preferred set for the London Borough Legal Alliance for social housing (including for homelessness work) and property, receiving instructions from top-tier law firms within the sector and government authorities. The division also has a strong presence in the areas of in public law, real property/chancery commercial L&T and family, inheritance and trusts, with individual members ranked in the field of property litigation in the directories.

Candidates should have an appropriate level of expertise for their call for social housing and be able to demonstrate an interest in developing their practice in one or more of the other areas set out above.
