Please join the members of Five Paper’s employment team for two lunchtime webinars, where we’ll be covering some of the more radical and important proposals including:
- Changes to the qualifying period for unfair dismissal and time limits for various claims.
- The Fair Works Agency and new regulations on zero-hour contracts and fire & rehire.
- The increased duty to prevent sex harassment and the ban on including discrimination claims in NDAs
- Pay and leave changes (including sick pay & gender pay gaps and maternity, parental & bereavement leave).
Monday 29th September.
The 1st webinar will cover:
- The end of the qualifying period for UD claims (and the proposed “soft process” for “probation” dismissals within the 1st 9 months).
- The increased time limits for UD & EA claims (from 3 to 6 months, but not for breach of contract).
- The Fair Works Agency.
- The new regulations on zero-hour contracts and fire & rehire.
Tuesday 30th September.
The 2nd webinar will cover:
- The increased duty to prevent sex harassment (in addition to the changes made from October 2024).
- The ban on excluding discrimination claims / allegations in NDAs.
- Pay and leave changes (including sick pay, gender pay gaps and maternity, parental & bereavement leave).
