Roger Laville and Gita Chakravarty of Five Paper’s Commercial Team and Senior Clerk David Portch are travelling to Nicosia, Cyprus for the Bar Council and Cyprus Bar Association’s joint English–Cypriot Law Day on 5 to 6 July 2018.
Roger will be speaking to the conference at the Law Day on civil law claims arising from money-laundering. Gita and Roger will additionally both be presenting to local law firms about international fraud and the enforcement of foreign judgments.
