On 18 April 2024, Roger Laville will be speaking at the Chancery Bar Association Geneva Conference, which is taking place at the Novotel Geneva Centre, on the subject of enforcing Swiss judgments in England and Wales outside the Lugano Convention. He will be part of a panel covering the wider topic of cross-border jurisdiction and the enforcement of judgments.
Roger’s experience of enforcing foreign judgments includes having appeared for the successful judgment creditors in Moss v Martin [2022] EWHC 3258 (Comm) and Moss v Martin [2022] EWHC 2788 (Comm).
