Ben Maltz’s boundary dispute case attracts media interest, the trial of a long-running boundary dispute concerning a 24cm wide strip of disputed land. The case grabbed the headlines in the Evening Standard and Mail Online. This case is no exception”. Ben was successful in obtaining a very favourable outcome for his client, together with the benefit of an order for indemnity costs.”
