Sonia is an experienced property, including housing, litigator. Before she came to the Bar, she was a qualified pharmacist. After completing pupillage in a common law set and civil and family set, she joined Arden Chambers in 2001.
Sonia became a member of Five Paper in July 2007. She has particular experience in cases involving anti social behaviour and is known for being a pragmatic litigator but also a tough cross-examiner when so required.
Sonia has a broad practice in property and housing. Her expertise includes:

This case involved prosecuting three boys in a magistrates court to obtain anti-social behaviour orders against each of them. The case had issues in relation to two of them being under 16 years.

The case concerned issues relating to service of a notice pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant act 1987.
