Ian Wright successfully defended a former Head Teacher before a Professional Conduct Panel of the National College for Teaching & Leadership

7th June 2017

The case of KB (0014547) was decided by the Panel on 18th May 2017.

The Panel investigated more than 30 allegations into the Head Teacher’s conduct which he had denied. In each case the Panel found the allegation had not been proved. Therefore the Panel did not find he had committed any act of Unacceptable Professional Conduct (UPC). Accordingly the Panel did not go on to consider whether to make a Prohibition Order.
