David was called to the Bar in 2010 and has been involved with a number of reported cases in his specialist practice areas.
He has vast experience in dealing with property and landlord & tenant claims, including possession claims, construction of leases, forfeiture, easements, service charges, party wall and boundary disputes; employment claims including all forms of discrimination; business immigration matters including student visa applications, sponsor licensing, PBS, right to work and investor routes.
