Chambers is pleased to welcome two new barristers, Alexander Kingston-Splatt and Sahana Jayakumar

Alexander has joined as a member of the Commercial and Property Teams. Before coming to the Bar, Alexander was admitted as a solicitor in 2012. He trained with Goodman Derrick LLP and joined that firm’s dispute resolution department on qualification. Alexander has broad experience beyond his year of call, having acted in complex contractual disputes, professional disciplinary matters, company and shareholder litigation, construction disputes, insolvency cases, real property litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, and other niche areas. “I am delighted to have joined Five Paper as a tenant. Having specialised as a solicitor in commercial disputes and property litigation, Five Paper’s strengths in these areas mean that I am ideally placed to transfer my practice to the Bar.

Sahana has joined Five Paper after successfully completing a third six pupillage, she is a member of the Property and Commercial teams. Prior to joining Five Paper, Sahana completed her pupillage at a London chambers specialising in commercial, civil and aviation law. She has also worked as a paralegal and spent time in Paris as a stagière in the International Arbitration department of an international law firm, assisting with legal research, translation and drafting pleadings in a multibillion-euro construction arbitration.
